Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Evangelic Studios, we value our clients’ time and work hard to provide a professional recording experience for every session. By booking with us, you agree to the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Deposits
All booking deposits are used to reserve studio time and may be non-refundable under certain circumstances. Deposits may be applied toward the total balance of your session.
Cancellations
Clients must provide at least 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a booking.

Cancellations made with at least 12 hours notice may qualify for a reschedule or deposit credit at our discretion.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session may result in loss of deposit.

No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be considered a no-show.
No-shows are non-refundable and may require full payment before future bookings are accepted.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late are still responsible for their originally scheduled booking time and payment amount. Session end times may not be extended due to late arrival.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally not provided for:

Completed studio sessions

Missed bookings or no-shows

Late cancellations
-
Dissatisfaction based on creative preference after services are delivered
Refund requests related to technical issues or billing errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Studio Cancellations
If Evangelic Studios must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered either:

A full refund of any deposit/payment made, or

The option to reschedule the session
Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact us directly regarding any payment concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.
