Welcome to the website and services of Evangelic Studios. By booking a session, using our services, or accessing our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payments

​

All studio sessions must be booked in advance through our website or approved communication channels. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Bookings are not guaranteed until payment or deposit has been received. Remaining balances are due at the time of the session unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Cancellation Policy

​

Clients must provide at least 12 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Failure to cancel within the required time frame may result in loss of deposit or cancellation fees. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

3. Arrival & Session Time

​

Clients are responsible for arriving on time to their scheduled session.

Late arrivals may reduce available recording time without refund or extension.

Session time includes setup, recording, breaks, and cleanup unless otherwise stated.

4. Studio Conduct

​

All clients and guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, equipment, and facilities. Disruptive behavior, harassment, violence, illegal activity, excessive intoxication, or damage to equipment/property may result in immediate termination of the session without refund. Evangelic Studios reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating studio policies.

5. Guest Policy

​

Clients are responsible for the behavior and conduct of any guests they bring into the studio. The studio may limit the number of guests permitted during sessions for safety, workflow, or space reasons.

6. File Storage & Project Delivery

​

Clients are responsible for backing up all delivered files and session materials.

While we may temporarily retain project files, Evangelic Studios does not guarantee long-term storage of recordings, session files, or exported content. We recommend downloading and backing up all files immediately after delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

​

Clients retain ownership of their original music and creative content. By participating in a session, clients confirm they have the legal right to use any music, beats, samples, or materials provided during recording.

8. Limitation of Liability

​

Evangelic Studios is not liable for:

• Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property

• Technical interruptions beyond reasonable control

• Indirect or consequential damages related to use of our services or website

All services are provided on an “as available” basis.

9. Website Use

​

Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, or interfere with website functionality.

10. Changes to Terms

​

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of any updates.
